Ludicé - Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS​

By accessing or using Ludicé (the "Service"), a Telegram-based dice gaming platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Ludicé ("we", "us", or "our").

2. DEFINITIONS​

  • "Service": The Ludicé Telegram bot and all related gaming services
  • "Stars" or "XTR": Telegram Stars, the in-platform virtual currency
  • "Account": Your Telegram-linked Ludicé gaming account
  • "Game": Any dice-based gaming activity offered through the Service
  • "Bet": The amount of Stars wagered in a Game
  • "Platform": The Telegram messaging platform through which the Service operates

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS​

3.1 Age Requirement​

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Jurisdiction Restrictions​

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Service may not be available in all countries or regions.

3.4 Telegram Account​

You must have a valid, active Telegram account in good standing.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY​

4.1 Account Creation​

Your Ludicé account is automatically created upon first interaction with the bot and is linked to your Telegram username and user ID.

4.2 Account Security​

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.3 Account Accuracy​

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your Telegram profile updated.

4.4 One Account Per User​

You may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent restrictions will result in termination.

5. GAME RULES & MECHANICS​

5.1 Dice Game​

The primary game involves:

  • Two players betting equal amounts
  • Each player rolls a virtual dice (1-6)
  • The player with the higher roll wins
  • In case of a tie, the game is re-rolled or cancelled (see specific game rules)

5.2 Fairness & Randomness​

  • All dice rolls are generated using Telegram's native dice emoji system
  • Results are determined by Telegram's servers and are beyond our control
  • We do not manipulate or influence game outcomes

5.3 Bet Limits​

  • Minimum Bet: 10 Stars
  • Maximum Bet: May vary; displayed in the bot interface
  • Limits may be adjusted at our discretion with notice

5.4 Game Matching​

  • You are matched with other players who have placed equivalent bets
  • Matching occurs automatically through our lobby system
  • You may cancel a pending game before an opponent is matched

6. TELEGRAM STARS & PAYMENTS​

6.1 Purchasing Stars​

  • Stars can be purchased through Telegram's official payment system
  • Available packages: 15, 50, 75, 100, 150, 250, 750, 1000 Stars
  • Pricing is set by Telegram and displayed before purchase
  • All purchases are processed by Telegram, not Ludicé

6.2 Stars as Virtual Currency​

  • Stars have no cash value
  • Stars cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Stars are non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in Section 9

6.3 Account Balance​

  • Your Star balance is tracked within the Ludicé system
  • Balances are stored on our servers and backed up regularly
  • You can check your balance at any time through the bot

6.4 Payment Processing​

  • We use Telegram's payment infrastructure (Telegram Stars/XTR)
  • Payment disputes must be handled through Telegram's support system
  • We do not store your payment information

7. FEES & COMMISSIONS​

7.1 Star Purchase Fees​

When purchasing Stars through Telegram, there is a conversion fee:

Purchase Tiers:

  • Pay 20 Stars → Receive 15 Stars (25% fee)
  • Pay 67 Stars → Receive 50 Stars (~25% fee)
  • Pay 100 Stars → Receive 75 Stars (25% fee)
  • Pay 133 Stars → Receive 100 Stars (~25% fee)
  • Pay 200 Stars → Receive 150 Stars (25% fee)
  • Pay 333 Stars → Receive 250 Stars (~25% fee)
  • Pay 1000 Stars → Receive 750 Stars (25% fee)
  • Pay 1333 Stars → Receive 1000 Stars (~25% fee)

This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and service operation.

7.2 No Gaming Commission​

There is NO commission on game winnings. When you win a game, you receive 100% of your opponent's bet.

Example: If you win a 100 Star game, you receive the full 100 Stars from your opponent.

7.3 No Hidden Fees​

We do not charge any fees beyond those listed above. There are no:

  • Additional deposit fees
  • Withdrawal fees (when available)
  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Inactivity fees

7.4 Fee Transparency​

All fees are clearly displayed before transactions:

  • Purchase amounts shown before payment confirmation
  • Gaming commission disclosed in these Terms

7.5 Fee Changes​

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' advance notice to users.

8. WITHDRAWALS & PAYOUTS​

8.1 Withdrawal Process​

Currently, Stars earned through gameplay remain in your Ludicé account balance and can be used for future games. Direct withdrawal to Telegram Stars wallet or conversion to fiat currency is not available at this time.

8.2 Future Withdrawal Features​

We are working on implementing withdrawal features. When available:

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts will apply
  • Processing times will be communicated
  • Verification may be required for large withdrawals

8.3 Unclaimed Balances​

Unclaimed balances remain in your account indefinitely. We do not charge inactivity fees.

9. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY​

9.1 Star Purchases​

Stars purchased through Telegram are non-refundable except:

  • In cases of unauthorized transactions (report within 48 hours)
  • Technical errors that prevent Star delivery
  • Duplicate charges

9.2 Game Cancellations​

  • You may cancel a game before an opponent is matched
  • Once a game begins, it cannot be cancelled
  • If a technical error prevents game completion, bets are refunded

9.3 Dispute Resolution​

To dispute a transaction:

  1. Contact @ludicegifter within 7 days
  2. Provide transaction details and explanation
  3. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days

10. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING​

10.1 Gambling Awareness​

  • Gaming involves risk and may result in financial loss
  • Never bet more than you can afford to lose
  • Games are for entertainment purposes only

10.2 Problem Gambling Resources​

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, seek help:

10.3 Self-Exclusion​

You may request self-exclusion by contacting @ludicegifter. We will disable your account for a minimum period of 6 months.

10.4 Responsible Gaming Tools​

We encourage users to:

  • Set personal betting limits
  • Take regular breaks
  • Monitor time and money spent

11. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES​

11.1 Prohibited Activities​

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage
  • Engage in collusion or match-fixing with other players
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
  • Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

11.2 Consequences of Violations​

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and account restrictions
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of account balance
  • Legal action if warranted

11.3 Reporting Violations​

Report suspicious activity or Terms violations to @ludicegifter.

12. DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION​

12.1 Data Collection​

We collect:

  • Telegram username and user ID
  • Game statistics (wins, losses, total games)
  • Transaction history
  • Account balance

12.2 Data Usage​

We use your data to:

  • Operate and improve the Service
  • Process transactions
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

12.3 Data Retention​

  • Active account data: Retained indefinitely
  • Deleted account data: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted

12.4 Your Rights​

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request data correction
  • Request data deletion (account closure)
  • Export your data (upon request)

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY​

13.1 Ownership​

Ludicé owns all rights, title, and interest in:

  • The Service code and software
  • Platform design and interface
  • Ludicé branding, logos, and trademarks
  • All content we create

13.2 License Grant​

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

13.3 User Content​

You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for Service operation and promotion.

13.4 Restrictions​

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices
  • Use our branding without permission

14. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY​

14.1 Service "As Is"​

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

14.2 No Guarantee of Winnings​

We make no guarantees regarding your ability to win or earn Stars through gameplay.

14.3 Third-Party Dependencies​

We are not responsible for:

  • Telegram platform downtime or errors
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Device compatibility problems

14.4 Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 6 months

14.5 Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold Ludicé harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION​

15.1 Informal Resolution​

Before filing a formal complaint, contact @ludicegifter to resolve disputes informally.

15.2 Arbitration Agreement​

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

15.3 Class Action Waiver​

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

15.4 Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.5 Venue​

Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in [YOUR JURISDICTION].

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS​

16.1 Right to Modify​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

16.2 Notification​

Material changes will be notified through:

  • In-bot announcement
  • Message to all active users
  • Update to "Last Updated" date

16.3 Acceptance​

Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

17. ACCOUNT TERMINATION​

17.1 Termination by You​

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting @ludicegifter and requesting account deletion.

17.2 Termination by Us​

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity (3+ years)
  • Business or legal reasons

17.3 Effects of Termination​

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your account balance will be handled according to the reason for termination
  • For voluntary closure, remaining balance procedures will be communicated
  • For Terms violations, we reserve the right to forfeit balances

17.4 Survival​

Sections 13 (Intellectual Property), 14 (Disclaimers), 15 (Dispute Resolution), and this provision survive termination.

18. FORCE MAJEURE​

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Cyberattacks or hacking
  • Telegram platform outages

19. SEVERABILITY​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT​

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ludicé regarding the Service.

21. NO WAIVER​

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
